NOISE Singapore 2013 Festival Showcase.
TSince I'm an International Student, i didn't know what NOISE is then I was explained that it is a festival where young talents in Singapore submit their art works then the best will be displayed in the festival.This year event is held in ION Orchard. I was very amused by the works they have there.
